Legal framework governing portal usage, candidate applications, and recruitment facilitation.
Al Fursan Job Hub acts as a digital recruitment and facilitation intermediary between job seekers in Pakistan and verified sponsors/employers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We do not act as an embassy, consular agency, or direct government visa issuer.
Registration, application submission, document submission, or payment of administrative verification fees does not guarantee selection, job offer, or visa issuance. Final recruitment decisions rest solely with Saudi employer representatives and relevant statutory authorities.
Candidates must submit authentic diplomas, valid CNIC/passports, and truthful work histories. Any candidate submitting forged, altered, or fraudulent credentials will be immediately disqualified and reported to regulatory bodies.
Where a processing or medical pre-screening fee is specified, payments must be deposited directly into designated authorized bank accounts. All receipts are scrutinized by administrators prior to stage clearance.
Staff referral codes must not be marketed using misleading promises. Staff commissions are credited strictly after verified payment approval by authorized portal administrators.
